One of the best hotels I have stayed in abroad. How can I list everything I liked about the hotel, I don't believe the text field would be enough, Staff, cleanliness, rooms, food, OMG they had the best breakfast I have ever seen in any other hotels before. If you are staying in Chennai, this hotel should be your only option. I stay there for a total of 10 days across different bookings.

They should serve breakfast the whole day hahaha. All was perfect.

I appreciated the warm atmosphere, the courteous staff, the beautifully maintained swimming pool, and the high-quality breakfast.

The rooms I got were not soundproof.

We loved the family suite , as it was spacious enough for 3 people. I especially loved the bathroom as it was just gorgeous! The diverse breakfast at the hotel was just splendid. Finally, the staffs were really warm and friendly.

It would be nice if the bathroom has some hooks to hang clothes and more towels, which unfortunately was missing.

The facilities were great, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will come back again!

The staff were nice and helpful during the stay and check out.Rooms were clean.

We had to wait for a long time for check in. We had to wait with family and children for almost an hour to get our rooms.

The front desk service especially by Sharat and his colleagues make your stay cosy and comfy. We travelled with a four year old she didn’t want to check out as she gelled very well with the staff. They are very kind, polite and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Makesg you want to come back. Special mention to Sharat and Piniky and all the restaurant staffs.

They could have a better wine collection

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk team and bellboys who were always smiling and welcoming. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you to everyone for making my stay exceptional. Great team, great hotel—keep it up!

dessert counter at buffet was excellent, staff were friendly

Quality of food in the buffet was just acceptable, not that great. very basic breakfast with a lot of recycled items from the previous nights dinner. Shower cubicle drain didn't work so had a flooded bathroom every morning, lumpy pillows which were very poor quality, the gym equipment is very old - it appears to maybe be the same equipment from when the hotel was known as the Braintree Anna Salai. For 1000 rupees per night I would much rather stay at the park hyatt or itc .

Staff was excellent and accommodating. They went out of the way for us. Restaurant staff was awesome - food excellent, every desire satisfied, very personal touch - nice getting to about the individuals in the waiting room staff.

Seems rooms may have had some mold problems but now entire hotel is being remodeled.
